Hello, my friend. The cheapest way is that someone else calls you, not the way around. I am just kidding. I think that the most expensive way is to call from your hotel. If you want that, on the other hand, check first with the concierge how much the conversation will cost you. It is cheaper to purchase Telmex calling card which you can use in phone booths. I also have heard about LADATEL calling cards, but I dont know much about them. If you have access to the internet, maybe it will be cheaper to use PC phoning. If you are not in a hurry, then I suggest you sending an e-mail. It can be also efficient and not too expensive. I hope I have helped you a little. Good luck!
