Hi. I am hoping to catch your help and advice. It is urgent so please hurry up! Right now I am at Milan train station using my laptop and wireless internet connection. I'd like to go to Switzerland. Can you tell me how to get there? I need to get to Bern but I am not really concerned where the train initially takes me. can you tell me how to go about the journey please?

Go to the ticket office and ask them for a ticket. They will also be able to help you, by giving you a print out of where you need to get on and off, and how long it will all take. Mind you, before you get on, do make sure that you have your passport with you; otherwise you will not get very far! But I guess you had already thought of that!
