Blues festival in Mistique-what is it dedicated to?

I am going to the Caribbean in few months. I am not sure how long we are going to stay there but, the longer, the better! I heard of some blues festival that is being held there. My friend told me about Blues festival in Mistique-what is it dedicated to?

It is a charity blues festival, founded and organised by Dana and Basil Charles O.B.E. The raised money is used to pay for education on the St Vincent island which is poor and lacks sufficient funds for that purpose. The Mustique Blues Festival Live CD is produced and by its sale Dana collects the funds. Many popular names like Big Jay McNeely, Earl Green, Big Joe Louis, Mick Jagger, Steve 'Big Man' Clayton and Larry Garner have been performing there.
