Best way to get from Washington DC to Harrisburg

I need to know what the best way is to get from Washington DC to Harrisburg.
My plane will land in Washington DC and I am on my own from that moment. But the problem is that I havent been there for more than 15 years, and I dont think I know where the nearest bus or train station is. So, if anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
