I am suppose to go to Bariloche this year for my husband loves mountains and is a passionate skier so this year he decided to go to Bariloche skiing and all I know it is somewhere in Argentina. Anyway I don’t like getting bored there and I guess there is not much else to do in Bariloche except skiing so I am curious to hear if there is any school or some skiing course in Bariloche? Thanks!

You will be surprised for there is nothing boring in Barilcohe especially if you are about to stayed at Cerro Catedral the mountain about 20km away from the city of San Carlos de Bariloche for that is the most famous ski center in Argentina and besides skiing there is a lot to do at Bariloche or better at Cerra Cathedral –it is full of restaurants, disco bars and clubs so you won’t be boring there. I have spent there 2 beautiful weeks and though I haven’t frequented no ski school I know they organize skiing courses at Cerra Catedral and it is not just about skiing for this mountain provides also some other ski aspects including snowboarding and freestyle. And Cerra Catedral meaning Mount Cathedral for its peaks are Gothic towers alike. Anyway I don’t know what you have planned where to stay exactly –I stayed at a hotel at Cerro Catedral and as I said it wasn’t boring at all but you won’t mistake either if you stay at Barioloche for it doesn’t take long getting at ski resort access and the buses are regular on each 30 min.
