I have been in Chicago few months ago and I stayed in Hyatt Regency. I was somewhat satisfied with the hotel, staff, rooms, food, etc. But the service was not always available promptly, and we would then have to wait unnecessarily long times. This was not regular thing, though, so we would like to hear some experiences.

One of the first things I noticed as I was checking in, was that the hotel was very busy. It is rather oriented towards businessmen of various sorts, and they are the primary concern of the staff there. Regular guests thus tend to feel neglected from time to time. However, I did not have such problems too much, and they were always very helpful. It only seems to me there are not too much of them, but when I see them trying their best to please every guest, I do not feel I have something to complain about regarding that hotel. I am actually seriously considering staying there again, as it has excellent location, among all other qualities.
