Are There Age Restrictions for Rentaing Car in Curacao ?

Hello. I have a quick question for you. This summer I am traveling to Suriname and Curacao. I have never been to Curacao before, so I hope you can help me answer this. I am 20 and have just got my drivers license. I am old enough to rent a car there? Thanks

Unfortunately for you there are restrictions. The primary renter of the car has to be 25 years old or in some cases 23, and even then they pay more money for the car. So I am afraid there is no chance for you to rent a car, unless go find a friend over 25 to be the main renter and then you can still drive when he or she is in the car with you.
