I and my wife visited Australia some six months ago. We were delighted with everything. We enjoyed every moment of our vacation. We stayed at Meriton hotel and, although we expected certain level of service, were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, staff and service. Are Meriton hotels available only in Australia?

I am not sure. I know that there is Meriton Grand Hotel Tallinn in Tallinn in Estonia and that they are building another one that is going to be finished in 2009. I am not sure if they belong to the same group that Australia’s Meriton hotels belong. The one in Tallinn belongs to Alexander Kofkin, an Estonian businessman who is mainly based in Switzerland.
