Vietnam always fascinated me, ever since I have learned a lot about that tragic war from last century. Yet, it seems like it is a thing from the past, and Vietnam today should be a modern country that passed all those bloody years. I have seen the photos of Park Hyatt Saigon and must admit that Im very impressed, I hope that the rest of the country infrastructure at least resembles this building. Anyone stayed at Park Hyatt Saigon? What are your impressions?

I have been there on some convention that was a total miss for me. I traveled who knows how many miles just to hear something I have already knew. At least, I got the chance to enjoy the hotel. I really enjoyed the Italian restaurant that has a great view over Lam Son Square. For afternoon tea, I could have been found in Park Longue, tasting Spring rolls and listening to jazz. You could even take a cooking class, I did not have time for this, but maybe you will.
