Hi! I am working in Brussels at the moment and in a few months' time I am planning to head for Singapore on a business trip. It is the first time I am going anywhere near that part of the world and I am hoping for some advice from you people. What is the air transport like? How should I get there?

Fly over to Paris or London and get a flight on a proper Asian airline that will take you directly there. Don't go for the European airlines that will take you halfway around the world to places like Bangkok and so on. Actually, you should probably go to Paris as their duty free is way better than in London. Good luck.
